Delivery terms
Respecting the cold chain :
A.R Trading guarantees strict compliance with the refrigeration chains required to preserve product quality and safety. All products are transported in refrigerated vehicles that comply with current standards, with rigorous monitoring of temperatures during transport.
Partner transporters :
Deliveries are made in collaboration with partner carriers specialised and certified in the transport of perishable products. These partners meet the quality standards required to ensure delivery in good condition and on time.
Liability for delivery delays or problems
Late delivery :
Although A.R Trading undertakes to respect the delivery times indicated, these times are given for information only and do not constitute a contractual obligation. In the event of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, logistical disruptions, etc.), A.R Trading cannot be held liable. However, we undertake to inform the customer as soon as possible and to agree, if possible, on a suitable solution.
Non-conforming or damaged product :
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer must immediately check the condition and conformity of the products. Any anomaly (damaged product, product not conforming to the order, etc.) must be reported to A.R Trading in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the order, accompanied by supporting photos if necessary.
Damaged product: If the product is found to be damaged on delivery, A.R Trading undertakes to provide a replacement or refund, subject to stock availability.
Non-compliant product: In the event of a non-compliant product, we undertake to rectify the error by offering a solution such as an exchange, refund or credit note, depending on the customer's preference.
Limitation of liability :
A.R Trading shall not be held liable for any indirect damage or financial loss resulting from a delay or problem in delivery. The liability of A.R Trading is strictly limited to the value of the products concerned.
Force majeure :
In the event of force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, unforeseeable events, etc.), delivery times may be extended without A.R Trading being held liable.
5. Warranty and returns :
Product returns
Terms and conditions of return:
Due to the perishable nature of the products sold, returns are generally not accepted, except in the case of non-conformity or a proven defect. All requests for returns must be justified and comply with the terms and conditions described below.
Non-conformity or defective product:
If a product delivered is damaged, does not conform to the order or has a defect, the customer must inform A.R Trading within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
The complaint must be accompanied by evidence (photos or videos) demonstrating the problem.
Once the claim has been validated, A.R Trading may propose one of the following solutions:
Product replacement, subject to availability.
Partial or full refund.
Issue of a credit note to be used for a subsequent order.
Products not eligible for return:
The following products are not eligible for return:
Products whose cold chain has been broken after delivery.
Products already opened, handled or partially consumed.

Return procedure :

A.R Trading cannot be held responsible for defects or deterioration caused by external conditions beyond its control, such as carrier delays, interruptions in the cold chain due to technical incidents, or any other situation beyond its control.

Force majeure :

Strikes, blockades or interruptions to logistics services.

Unforeseeable technical breakdowns affecting transport or storage operations.
In the event of force majeure, A.R Trading undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible and, if possible, to propose an alternative solution.
Transport problems :
Although A.R Trading selects reliable partner carriers specialising in the transport of perishable products, the company declines all responsibility in the event of :
Delays due to carriers, unless these are the direct fault of A.R Trading.
Damage caused by improper handling by the carrier, unless proven otherwise.
Limitation of liability :
A.R Trading's liability is strictly limited to the value of the products concerned by the claim, excluding any indirect damage, loss of income or other financial loss suffered by the customer.
Customer obligations :
The customer is required to check the condition and conformity of the products upon receipt and to report any anomaly within the specified time (24 hours after delivery). After this time, A.R Trading cannot be held responsible.

A.R Trading works exclusively with suppliers and carriers that comply with international standards. Any failure on the part of a partner will be treated with the utmost rigour and may give rise to corrective action or contractual penalties.
Working with the authorities :
In the event of an inspection or dispute relating to health compliance, A.R Trading undertakes to cooperate fully with the competent authorities and to provide all the documents necessary to guarantee the transparency and safety of the products.

In the event of disagreement between the Customer and A.R Trading concerning an order, delivery or any other aspect of the commercial relationship, the parties undertake to :

The customer is invited to contact our customer service department to explain the nature of the dispute. We undertake to examine the complaint within 48 hours and to propose a fair solution.
Second stage: mediation or arbitration
If no amicable solution is found, the parties may agree to have recourse to an independent mediator or an approved arbitrator to reach a rapid and impartial resolution.
Jurisdiction :
In the absence of amicable resolution or recourse to mediation or arbitration, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the place where the registered office of A.R Trading is located.
Applicable law :
